"European Projects Consulting"EOOD is a company established in 2014.The organization is rapidly growing, with main activity provision of consulting services for development and management of projects financed by the EU funds and other sources of funding.With a view to expansion of the scope of the company’s activity within the new program period 2014-2020 and the consequent need of the opening of new, sustainable job positions, the realization of the present project with common goal "To provide prerequisites for creation of sustainable job positions for unemployed and/or inactive persons at "EPC" EOOD" is planned. The target group of this project is 4 unemployed and/or inactive persons, as 50% of the target group is composed of persons from the specific category "Unemployed young people by the age of 29 incl."The main project activities are: 1.Hiring of unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of up to 12months–the main result of which is opening of 4 new job positions and hiring of 4 unemployed and/or inactive persons from the target group for a period of up to 12months occupying the positions 24216007Business consultant-2 pers.;33223003 Sales representative-1pers. and 33413004 Office manager-1pers. 2.Purchase of equipment,furniture,TFA and business inventory related to the opening of new job positions,the result of which will be the opening of,furnishing of and equipment for 4new workplaces. 3.Provision of training for the persons that are employed under the project by key competencies according to the European Qualifications Framework-Key competence 2"Communication in foreign languages". 4.Organization and project management with the result being an ensured effective organization of project implementation; 5.Information and publicity,as a result of which measures for informing and publicity will be provided in accordance with the applicable requirements for and guidance on implementation of the rules for information and communication 2014-2020.
