Creating conditions for permanent employment for unemployed young adults till 29 years of age in the field of advertising and information services

PRODESIGN BULGARIA Ltd. was founded in 2007. The company operates in the field of information services. Some of the activities are outsourced. In this regard, the company needs staff to create their own department to develop websites and mobile applications. The Company has the need for staff and activities in the field of marketing and advertising services as well. The project proposal aims to create the necessary development of the company new jobs through employment of unemployed and inactive people - young people, especially those who are not engaged in employment, education or training. In accordance with the specific objectives of the project envisages the creation of conditions for long-term employment of six (6) unemployed young adults till 29 years of age for a period of 12 months. Four employees will be given training in specialties included in the list of professions for vocational education and training. All employees will acquire the key competencies according to the European Qualifications Framework by KK 2 „Communication in foreign languages.“ The necessary conditions for work by equipping of workplaces with computers and specialized software will be created and a risk assessment for the prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases will be done. The implementation of this project will contribute to fulfilling the objectives of the EU strategy „Europe 2020“ in the field of employment and combating poverty and social exclusion, and to fulfill a specific Objective 1 investment priority 3 under Priority Axis 1 of the Operational Programme „Human Resources Development“ 2014-2020, namely: Increasing the number included in employment, self-employment or training unemployed young people aged up to 29 years incl., with secondary or higher education.
