"New sustainable jobs at the Vertical Project Ltd."

The project aims at promoting access to employment for job seekers and inactive people, including long-term unemployed and maintaining their employment and labor income. The target group includes: unemployed young people aged up to 29 years incl., with secondary or higher education - 2 people; unemployed young people aged up to 29 years incl., with primary or lower educational level - 3 people and 1 unemployed person over the age of 54. The overall project objective is to create sustainable jobs in “Vertical Project” Ltd. through creation of employment for a period of 12 months and retention of 50% of the employees for a period of 12 months after the completion of the project. The objectives will be achieved through the following activities: Activity 1 - Project Management; Activity 2 – Employment of unemployed and / or inactive people for a period of 12 months; Activity 3 - Providing training for first or second degree for the newly employed in the project; Activity 4 - Purchase of equipment, furniture, inventory related to the creation of new jobs; Activity 5 - Insurance of acquired furniture, equipment and inventory; Activity 6 - Publicity and visualization. Expected results: provided employment to 06 persons of the eligible target group for 12 months; Reserved new jobs for 12 months by 50% of the new employees - 03 people; Vocational training for first or second degree of the newly employed - 05 people; Equipped new jobs with newly purchased fixed assets, equipment and furniture; Insured equipment acquired under the project; Provided information and publicity of the project. The project has a total duration of 15 months and a total value of 80 788.89 BGN.
