New jobs at `FITIBO` Ltd. - development, efficiency and sustainability

The project is designed to satisfy the necessity of enhancing the work force`s structure and quality in the ICT sector. It also creates opportunities for `FITIBO` Ltd. to complete its team with highly motivated and efficient members. The project`s overall objective is to create, promote and develop new and sustainable jobs in the ICT sector for unemployed and inactive people, which employability, efficiency and productivity to be increased by acquiring and/or adapting their knowledge, skills, competences and experience in real, modern equipped environment for ensuring their competitiveness on the labor market. The specific objectives are: 1. To create new jobs; 2. To increase the skills, competences and employ-ability of the newly employed persons; 3. To develop the creativity, efficiency, self confidence and productivity of the newly employed people; 4. To provide work experience, habits and skills in real work environment; 5. To facilitate the alternatives for and to ensure sustainable employment for the people involved in the project as to the better competitiveness on the labor market. Project activities: 1. Organization, management and monitoring; 2. Creation and development of new jobs; 3. Equipping the effective and quality work places 4. Publicity and information. Project`s target group are unemployed and inactive people - young people aged 29 (4 persons) and adults aged 30 - 54 (2 persons, of which 1 is long term unemployed). They will benefit from the following results: a) recognition of the employment opportunities in the ICT sector; b) enhanced employability relevant to current business needs; c) the improved and / or updated mix of skills and competencies valued by employers; d) work experience in a real work environment; e) facilitated process of transition to employment and professional reorientation; f) improved competitiveness in the labor market; g) others.
