Creating new jobs and create sustainable employment for the unemployed and inactive persons in ESTE Furniture Ltd.

Overall objective of the project is to improve the employment prospects of unemployed and inactive youth through the creation of sustainable jobs in the field of furniture production. The target group of this project are unemployed persons registered in the Labour Office and inactive persons motivated to develop professional field of production of furniture that meets the requirements of the employer for the job. The project will be appointed 14 unemployed and inactive persons. In the project will be involved 14 persons from the specific categories: - 7 persons up to 29 years and 7 prsons over 30 years. The implementation of the project goal will be accomplished through a combination of the following activities: Activity 1. Organization and management activities; Activity 2. Hiring of unemployed and inactive persons in "ESTE Furniture" Ltd.; Activity 3. Purchase of equipment and clothing for new jobs; Activity 4. Popularization of the project. Expected results of the project are the following: held 16 meetings between the work team; Revealed 14 new jobs in the "Furniture ETS" Ltd., 4 jobs for office "Grinding-machine operator", 6 jobs for office "Fitter, furniture, wood and similar materials", 4 for position "Carpenter, upholsterer"; Signed contracts for 12 months with 14 representatives of the target group; Create sustainable jobs, seven of which will be reserved 12 months after the end of the project; Purchased and delivered equipment – 12 number machines;14 clothing for the created new jobs; Publicity provided by the distribution of the three publications on the website of "ESTE Furniture" Ltd.; Made and placed an information board outside the office project - 1; 12 stickers reflecting the EU financial assistance to put on equipment purchases.
