New job positions for uneployed youngsters up to 29 years old at "Media Play" EOOD

"Media Play" EOOD operates in the field of information technologies, computer diagnosis, maintenance of computer systems and servers, development and maintenance of web-based software products. The priorities of the company point at introducing new services and increasing the number of clients. These goals could be achieved by hiring of four new employees educated in the field of marketing, sales of information technology products (two employees), computer and server system maintenance (one employee) and software development (one employee) on full time positions. The current project proposal corresponds to the company needs for further development and increasing the company financial results. Its purpose is to assure long term employment for four representatives of one of the target groups of the current procedure - unemployed youngsters up to 29 y.o., to reveal their potential, to assure them the opportunity of getting relevant work experience and professional development in information technology sector and related services. The company development needs correspond to the goals of the current procedure and the goals of the Human resources development operational program 2014-2020 for increasing the number of employed youngsters up to 29 y.o. with a high school or university degree, assurance of high quality of working conditions and professional development opportunities for them. In order to achieve these goals, our proposal includes activities of recruitment and assignment of four new employees, purchase of equipment to secure quality work places, publicity and management activities, according to the requirements of the operational program.
