"Ensuring access to employment at SP CONSULT BG OOD, conducive for sustainable development"

This project proposal provides for establishment of 4 workplaces, fully equipped with necessary equipment and furnishings. The project envisages the implementation of the following activities: -Recruitment, selection and hiring of unemployed and/or inactive persons for a 12-month period.The positions to be occupied by the latter are conformingto theNational Classification of Professions and Positions, as follows: -Accountant; -Assistant for management of European projects and programmes and two Experts for programmes and projects; -For ensuring business process integrity the proposalprovides for the purchase of equipment, furnishings, fixed intangible assets and fixturesamp; fittings, related to the establishment of the new workplaces, including: Office chairs-4 pcs., A3 Colour Laser Network Printer Scanner Copier Fax, A4 Mobile Printer, Laptops-2 pcs.; UPS-1 pc.; Desktop computer configurations-2 pcs.; Licensed software for 4 computers and licensed specialized accounting software; -Project organization and management activities – forming a team of three members; -Information and publicity activities; -Occupational health services for newly appointed persons; -Insurance for newly acquired equipment. All supplies will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Council of Ministers Decree No. 118/20.05.2014, depending on the range of the estimated value. By realization of the project it will be achieved a significant public benefit, complying with the general and specific objectives of the Programme and this facility, as the involved unemployed and/or inactive personswill be sufficiently qualified to enter the labour marketin a business sector with expressed unconditionally as specialisation of intellectual work. Successful implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the economic effect and will helpto achieve sustainable development. From the economic point of view, all above will favourably reflect on the beneficiary company.
