Creation of new working places in Hazaros Chetininan Ltd

The main purpose of the project is opening of new working places and improvement of the work conditions of the company "Hazaros Chitinyan" Ltd. The following steps are planned within the scope of the project: opening of seven new working places, providing opportunity to unemployed or inactive people from Plovdiv region to improve their qualifications and skills, supporting the employer to improve the working conditions in the company and keeping the newly opened positions. The project focuses on young people who have secondary or higher education, aged up to 29 years old, as well as people aged from 30 to 54 years old who are unemployed or labor inactive. Main activities: Opening of seven new working places and employment of unemployed/inactive people for a period of 12 months; Providing training under KK2 "Communication in foreign language" and KK4 "Digital competence"; Equipment of the newly opened working places. Two supporting activities are planned related to the organization, the management and the execution of the measures for information and publicity. This project will increase the number of unemployed or inactive people who are given opportunity to improve their knowledge of foreign languages as well as to acquire digital knowledge and skills. The project gives them a chance to be hired as well as the opportunity of long-term realization on the labour market. Direct results: - Opening of 7 new working places in "Hazaros Chitinyan" Ltd. - Increased communication skills in a foreign language (English language), acquired knowledge and experience in the field of digital competences (Work with Adobe Photoshop) of the newly employed seven people - Provided 12 month employment of 7 people - Provided favorable working conditions - fully equipped 7 workplaces in the company - Established opportunity for stable employment in the company by keeping at least half of the newly opened workplaces.
