New jobs and sustainable inclusion of young people in the labor market in Bulgaria

“New workplaces and youth employment through their permanent inclusion on the Bulgarian labour market” is a project aimed at increasing the aptitude for employment and the competitiveness on the labour market for unemployed young people up to 29 through the provision of trainings for the enhancing of qualifications followed by subsidized employment and the acquisition of practical skills and experience. The professional trainings included in the project proposal comply with the needs of Ballistic Cell Ltd for workforce with certain qualifications. The impact of the project is that it will contribute for accelerating the transition from unemployment to employment and for improving the aptitude for employment of the permanently unemployed young people. Through the project the company will also provide suitable work environment through purchasing equipment needed for the successful execution of professional responsibilities. The project proposal is developed as a solution to the problems caused by the presence of thousands of young people who neither study, nor work, nor do they want to look for work. The goal is for young people to improve their skills and qualifications so that they get the chance to realize themselves on the labour market. The activities included in the project will help ease the transition from education to employment of young people who have been unsuccessful on the labour market. Ballistic Cell intends for at least 13 of the people employed to keep their jobs for a minimum of 12 months after concluding the activities linked with the project. All three horizontal principles are covered in the project proposal.
