Chance for sustainable employment and creating new, quality jobs in tourism and travel services.

The project aims, through the creation of 11 new jobs to increase access to the labor market and to promote career development of unemployed / inactive persons in the following groups: young people aged up to 29 years, persons aged 30 to 54 and persons aged 54 Through a set of activities aimed at creating the appropriate skills, increase knowledge and professional skills, to enhance the quality of jobs and in particular to ensure stability and social security of individuals. There are the following activities: 1. Selection and appointment of 11 members of the target groups; 2. Conduct language training newly recruited persons; 3. Conduct training "Digital competence" for 11 persons; 4. Conduct training for qualification as part of the professions "Guide", "Organizer of tourist and agency activities" and "Organizer Internet Applications" of 11 persons. 5. Forming a team project management and selection of contractors under Decree 118/2014 laying of proposed training and supply of materials and equipment; 6. Supply of equipment for new jobs; 7. Activities for information and publicity. It is envisaged retention of at least 8 new jobs created for a minimum of 1 year after the project completion. For successful implementation of the project are provided mechanisms for internal monitoring, monitoring and reporting. There is a mechanism for monitoring and feedback from the target group of persons at every stage of the project. It is envisaged that the preparation of technical and financial report. There are methods to promote the specific objectives and results of the project and given financial support from the ESF. The methodology for project management, as well as methodologies for selection provides a mechanism for the prevention of discrimination and ensuring equal opportunities for employment and training.
