Employment and qualification in Eco Project Ltd.

Eco Project Ltd was established in December, 2004 year. The main scope of business activity is a production of pipes for water and gas supply, pipes for optic cables, technical and other applications, which are connected with the infrastructure. The workshop of the company is situated in the Village of Vranilovtzi. Eco Project Ltd. owns six extrusion installations for polyethylene pipes, a crusher installation for recycling of technological waste, which is obtained during the production process, and other equipment for specialized and general purposes. All equipment is situated in the workshop area of 2500 sq.m. and in the industrial area and production halls of 10 acres in village of Vranilovtzi, Gabrovo Municipality. Since its establishment until now Eco Project Ltd. has invested considerable resources to ensure adequate human resources to meet its needs. For the first 11 years of its existence the company has increased its staff more than 3 times. With this project the company plans to provide employment for 13 unemployed/inactive persons by training them for first and second degree, as well as training for part of the profession. After the project is finished the company will provide sustainable employment for a minimum 7 newly appointed employees. Implementation of the project will improve the quality of life for 13 people – unemployed persons of all ages by promoting their successful inclusion in the labor market. The project is aimed to improve their adaptability and skills by providing access to training, promotion of lifelong learning and proactive approach to successful integration on the labor market. Improving the professional and personal characteristics of the unemployed persons by including them in training for professional qualification will significantly increase their competitiveness in the labor market.
