"New Chance - New Start at Nola 7 Ltd."

The needs that are going to be satisfied with the project implementation are creation of new jobs and improvement of quality of jobs particularly in the field of (preparation of strategic concepts and construction of top-notch swimming pools, recreational and spa facilities and aqua park centers). The target group of the project is “Unemployed and inactive persons”, whereas at least 50% of it will be from the specific target groups: long-term unemployed and inactive persons; unemployed over 54 years of age; unemployed young people up to 29 years of age. Moreover, at least 50% of the target group will be employed for at least 12 month after the end of project activities. The project objectives are: Creation of sustainable jobs, including for disadvantaged persons on the labor market; Opening 23 new jobs at Nola 7 Ltd. The expected results are: - Created 23 jobs for the following positions: Engineer, Designer–4 persons; Graphic Designer-1 person; Engineer, Technologist in Construction-8 persons; Accountant-2 persons; Financial Analyst-1 person; Leader of sales team-7 persons. Of them at least 12 persons from the specific target groups:long-term unemployed and inactive persons; unemployed over 54 years of age; unemployed young people up to 29 years of age, whereas at least 8 persons unemployed young people up to 29 years of age. - Provided employment to at least 12 person after the end of project activities; - Purchased equipment and deployed software for the new jobs; - High quality project management through hiring a team of 3 persons; - Carried out/produced: press conferences; brochures; posters; information board and publication in the media providing information about the project activities. The main project activities are: 1. Recruitment and hiring of unemployed and inactive persons at Nola 7 Ltd. 2. Investments in tangible and intangible assets for the newly created jobs; 3. Project organization and management; 4. Information and publicity.
