Creation of sustainable jobs for unemployed people in Interpred Partner AD

Interpred Partner AD has started its activity in 1999 as a company specialized in the production and market realization of household, sanitary and toilet articles. Presently it offers more than 65 products under the trademark “Zebra” including toilet paper, paper kitchen roll, napkins, facial tissues, handkerchiefs, and has achieved high recognition of the trademark and distinctive advantages in comparison with competing sanitary paper items. A key precondition for this success is considered to be the company policy for continuous investment in its main resource – the employees who stand behind the success of the trade mark and the high results achieved from the production and trade activity since the establishment of the enterprise. At the present stage of its development, the company is oriented towards forming the necessary team of associate professionals - technologists for the performance of the input control of raw materials used in the main production and respectively the ex-post control of the technical and quality parameters of the end products. For achieving this goal with the implementation of the project proposed, we plan to provide new jobs, training under part of the profession “Chemist-technologist” as well as a training for acquiring key competences to 8 unemployed people who will be hired at the position “Technologist, cellulose, paper and paperboard”, thus answering the main needs and problems of the selected target groups. This includes the provision of training and sustainable employment to unemployed youths aged up to 29 years from the region of Goce Delchev whose lack of practical experience tends to be the most common constraint in finding a job as well as an opportunity for professional realization to unemployed people aged over 30 years who most often lack qualification and key competences in their attempts to find a permanent job.
