Employment

The overall objective of the project proposal is to provide employment for 11 unemployed persons while promoting the social inclusion of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market and help fight poverty in the Northwest region of the Republic of Bulgaria. The main task is to achieve sustainable integration in the labor market of unemployed and inactive people. With unemployed will be concluded contracts, respectively - 1 driver car up to 9 seats, 4 junior accountants, 5 project manager and 1 accountant operational. With the implementation of the project will create an economy based on knowledge and will increase the competitiveness of newly hired persons through training to acquire or enhance their qualifications. Training and employment in the Bulgarian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (BAMSP) will increase economic activity and ensure sustainable employment as 50% of newly hired persons will be signed permanent contracts after completion of the project activities. Individuals will undergo training in key competency. Teaching qualification, which will be provided to individuals will be the acquisition of third degree level of qualification of the profession, respectively - "Operational Accounting» for the four junior accountants and "Office Manager" for five persons appointed to the position of Project Manager . After completion of training, the successful will receive a certificate of acquired professional qualifications and experience. At the same time students will be included in the employment of the company for a period of 12 months in the regional office of BAMSP in the city Vidin and / or central office located in the city. Sofia. Payroll individuals will acquire new knowledge and key competencies required for future developments in the labor career as increasing their adaptability and competitiveness.
