Creation of new jobs in Glassproject Ltd.

Glassproject Ltd is a modern manufacturing company with main business of production of glass and tempered glass products. Following its strategy to expand its operations, the company intends in the near future to expand into the field of production of wooden frames for windows and exterior and interior solutions for sun - blinds (shutters and blinds) and interior blinds (vertical blinds, roller blinds, Roman and pleated blinds ). Glassproekt LLC is planning the implementation of this project in connection with the envisaged expansion of its activities and the project includes the following activities: 1. Emloyment of 42 unemployed and/or inactive people for a period of 12 months (on the job positions of: worker, assembling details - 40 people, production coordinator - 2 people). 2. Purchase of machinery for the production of external blinds necessary for the creation of some of the planned jobs. 3. Preview of the project. 4. Project organization and management. Half of the newly employed persons (20 workers, assembling details and 1 production coordinator) will be engaged in the production of wooden windows, and the other half - in the manufacture of topical and internal blinds. The company will ensure that a minimum of 50% of the newly recruited personnel under the project (or 21 people) will belong to the specific category of unemployed youths up to 29 years inclusive. After completion of all project activities Glassproject Ltd. will preserve the jobs for a minimum of 12 months for at least 50% of employees under the project, which will ensure sustainable employment for these people as required by the procedure.
