New work place in "Blue Point"JSC.

The purpose of the project proposal is providing an emplyment of unemployed and/or inactive people by opening of 32 new work places.Unemployed and inactive people under the following specific categories will be included for participation in the project activities: long-term unemployed and inactive persons between 30 and 54; 2 unemployed or inactive persons with disabilities; unemployed or inactive persons at the age of over 54 and unemployed and/or inactive young people up to 29.The training forseen for aquiring professional qualification under the profession 542110–Tailor is adjusted to the specific needs of the employer “Blue Point’’.It will lead on one hand to achieving higher levels of employment and on the other hand, to higher productivity and competitiveness of the company For “Quality controller” and “Packer” do not require professional qualifications.These workplaces will be offered to unemployed or inactive persons with disabilities.The following activities are forseen:1. Hiring of unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of 12 m.; 2. Proving of training for aquiring of first qualifying degree;3. Purchase of equipment;4. Providing a mentor for people with disabilities;5.Organization and management of the project;6. Activities for information and publicity.The objectives of the project contribute to the implementation of the ‘’HRD’’ OP 2014-2020, to two of the targets of the European Union strategy for intelligent, sustainable and inclusive growth and achieving of economic, social and territorial cohesion "Europe 2020". These are: 1. Higher and better quality of employment and 2. Reducing poverty and promoting the social inclusion.The project proposal contributes to increasing the economic activity and access to employment for the young jobseekers, according to the approach underlying in the EU "Youth Opportunities Initiative". It is in the line with the EU flagship initiative of EU strategy "Europe 2020" - "An Agenda for new skills and jobs".
