Opportunity for professional development of specialists in Dental Center "Dental Design"

ET "Dental Design - Dr. Zhivko Kabzev - IPPDP" provides dental services, dental care and prevention. The company develops socially responsible policy in terms of human resources. This team of young and already professionally implemented specialists seek to support their colleagues and young people with similar professions by providing the opportunity for work experience and a head start in careers. With the implementation of the project: Opportunity for professional development of specialists in Dental Center "Dental Design" ET "desing Dental - Dr. Zhivko Kabzev - IPPDP" aims to bring eight new jobs and hire five young people aged up to 29. incl. with higher education and three unemployed / inactive persons aged 30-54 years who can provide employment and professional practice for a period of 12 months, thus creating the conditions for effective work and constant income of five dentists, two assistants, a dentist and a database administrator. After completion of the project activities four new jobs will remain stable. With four specialists employees by the project ET "Dental Design - Dr. Zhivko Kabzev - IPPDP" will continue employment for a further period of one year. Through planned activities ET "Dental desing - Dr. Zhivko Kabzev - IPPDP" will contribute to increasing the number of employed young people and people in active working age, and to promote the contribution of the European Social Fund and the OP "Human Resources Development" to reduce unemployment.
