"BUILDERS OF THEIR FUTURE"

The project proposal „Builders of their future” revealing plans for 12 new working places, which will be employed unemployed and inactive persons such as Casing worker, and Gypsum-Oiler. Employees are living in Sliven municipality registered in the Labour Bureau or inactive, and will constitute the target group of six unemployed and inactive persons over 54 years old and 6 inactive or long-term unemployed aged 30 to '54. For securing 12 jobs will be purchased formwork, scaffolding, concrete mixer, core drilling machine, other necessary equipment, safety supplies, personal protective equipment, work teams as required by HSCWA and health prevention. Recruitments will undergo professional training profession "Builder" code 582 030 specialty "Shuttering" code 5820302, 300 hours (of second degree) - and profession "Builder" code 582 030 specialty "plaster and putty" 5820305, 300 hours (of second degree). For quality implementation of the training and the requirements of the Law on Vocational Education and Training will be invited external contractor possessing the required license and experience. The project proposal is for a period of 11 months performance, the unemployed will be employed under an employment contract for a period of nine months in strict compliance with the horizontal principles laid down in the Guidelines for grant aid "New Workplace 2015". Candidate "Build Progress" Ltd. with main activity "Construction of residential and non-residential buildings" and among employers, playing a key role in job creation in the region of Sliven, where the data of the Employment Agency unemployment is among the most highest in the country. The project envisages to keep working 6 of trained builders, for a period not less than 12 months and achieve sustainable 50% of new jobs.
