"Health Bars" LLC. is a newly established company with great potential in the field of food industry. Its main business is manufacture of confectionery. This type of production is characterized by high levels of manual labor and high wastage as a result of unqualified workers and lack of specific equipment. On the other side, the unemployment in Bulgaria is relatively high and youth unemployment is rising so fast that by 2020 it would reach the highest bound in the European Union, as most of the young people are not qualified and have no experience. To address those problems, by the implementation of this project, "Health Bars" LLC. will hire 16 unemployed and inactive persons, at least 10 of them will be aged up to 29. At the same time the company will provide them with opportunities for professional training and good workplace by equipping the work stations with specific equipment. With the implementation of project activities, newly hired employees will raise their competitiveness, as most of them will be able to stay in the company. The other will have the opportunity for easier integration in the labor market, as a result of the obtained professional experience and qualification. After the project, the company will have qualified and experienced workers, as a result of witch the manufacturing waste will reduce and "Health Bars" LLC. will have the opportunity to establish on the market and create sustainable employment.
