Providing sustainable employment for 16 persons in the garment industry.

Geana Ltd. applies in this procedure as an employer intending to provide 16 new workplaces in the garment industry. The project proposal envisages to cover 16 people, representatives of the target group - unemployed and/or inactive people, half of them aged 29 and over 54 year old. 12 of them will undergo training in the profession «Tailor», specialty «Sewing» and the rest 4 - training in KK 4 - Digital Competence in view of the specific requirements of the positions to which they are appointed. In the framework of the implementation of the project activities of information and publicity and organization and project management will be provided. The candidate will provide employment for persons for a period of 12 months, after completion of the project will maintain min. 50% of new workplaces for min. 12 months. Planned activities will lead to the achievement of the objectives of the project proposal related to supporting the process of integration into the labor market for unemployed and inactive persons, by creating new jobs and providing appropriate training. In particular, will increase the number of young people involved in employment aged under 29 and persons over 54 years - two representatives of vulnerable groups in the labor market. This will improve their employability, adaptability and competitive presence in the labor market.
