The realization of this project proposal will provide needed employees for "Magama" Ltd., which are necessary because of the constant expansion of the applicant’s activity. Will be achieved sustainable employment by hiring 14 employees for 12 months, of which at least 7 will be unemployed or inactive young people up to 29 years. New employees will pass/go through a training to acquire the second qualification degree for a hairdresser position. After the subsidized employment, the minimum of 7 newly hired employees will continue to work on the project revealed jobs for at least 12 months. The project realization will provide equipment and furniture for the discovered 14 new jobs.
