Creation of jobs for production and distribution of innovative product.

The proposed project is aimed at creating new jobs and creating a higher and sustainable employment for unemployed job seekers and inactive people in the labor market. "DMTeh" Ltd. provided by aid procedure "New Workplace 2015" OPHRD 2014-2020 will provide employment opportunities for the unemployed and new equipment for the job. By design initiative will contribute to fulfilling the objectives of the EU in the field of employment, tackling social exclusion and poverty reduction through creation of six new jobs for people falling in various specific categories of the labor market. The project includes implementation of the following activities: 1. preview, information and publicity; 2. Management and administration of the project; 3. Equipment jobs revealed the project; 4. Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive persons and employment. The project initiative is aimed at revealing six new jobs for people in the following risk groups in the labor market: - Unemployed youths up to the age of 29 -2 people; - Long-term unemployed and inactive persons -2 people; - Unemployed persons aged over 54 years - 2 people. The main objective of the project is aimed at providing sustainable employment and income for a period up to 12 months employed under the project and maintain their employment for another 12 months at least 50% of them. Employment will be in innovation and innovative technologies and new jobs will support to encourage innovation in enterprises and transition to an environmentally sustainable economy, resource efficient. The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities and prevent any discrimination against different groups of people fall into risk groups in the labor market to improve access to employment, reducing social exclusion and combating poverty.
