Opening of new working places in NOZHAROV AVTO Ltd.

The project proposal includes the opening of 5 newjobs in NOZHAROV AVTO LTD.- Gabrovo related to the further development of the activity in Bulgaria.The purchase of the respective equipment necessary for the realization of the work process and the appointment of unemployed and/or inactive target groups on the newly created positions in the company: - 1 Air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment Mechanical Technician; - 1 Priemchik; - 1 Seller consultant; - 1 Mechanic technician; - 1 Auto tinsmith. The project will be realized through implementation of the activities described: Activity 1 - Organization and Project Management; Activity 2 - Recruitment of unemployed and/or inactive for a period of 12 months; Activity 3 - Purchase of clothing and Equipment related to the creation of jobs; Activity 4 - Implementation of measures to visualization and communication; This project contributes to creating conditions for permanent employment of unemployed persons who fall within the priority target groups of the program. The project is aimed at the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. The project implementation will contribute to the realization of the main challenges set in OPHRD - higher and quality employment, reducing poverty and promote social inclusion, the modernization of public policies through networking and partnerships with business, acquire skills, possibility of lifelong learning and improving the adaptability of the employees and the quality of the jobs.
