Jobs and investments in “Horizons” Association

The project targets at the creation of employment in the field of the social economy and especially the caring of adult people in Bulgaria. The target groups treated by the project are: • long-term unemployed and inactive persons; • unemployed aged over 54 years; • young people up to 29 years; The project objectives are: • the creation of sustainable jobs, including disadvantaged at the labor market; • creation of 6 new jobs in “Horizons” Association. The expected results are: 1) Created 6 jobs including: o a social worker – specialists in social work and consulting – 1 person; o expert labor mediation and professional orientation – 1 person; o expert marketing – 1 person; o social assistant – adult care – 1 person; o technical maintenance -1 person; o animator – 1 person. 2) Provision of employment for 6 people, out of which at least 3, representatives of the target groups such as (young people up to 29 years; long-term unemployed and inactive persons and unemployed persons over 54 years;). 3) Purchased and employed tangible and intangible assets for the purposes of the newly created jobs; 4) Six trained newly employed in digital competences; 5) High quality project management, including – an appointed team of three members; 6) Visualization - conducted and developed - press conferences; brochures; posters; an information board and publications in the media releasing project information. The main project activities are: 1) Hiring of unemployed and / or inactive; 2) Investments in tangible and intangible assets for the purposes of the new jobs; 3) Provision of training in digital competences; 4) Project management; 5) Visualization and publicity.
