The implementation of project activities in Tsvetnitza 2009 Ltd. is related to short term strategy for development. The strategy is related with making of storage base for articles. The firm was differentiated part from the existing base for storage. After implementation of project activities the firm will make organization of work much better. The process of acceptance in storage and sales of good will be provided with computer system. The increasing of activities the firm plan to employee 4 unemployed persons. All persons will increase professional competences. Three persons will increase qualification in “Digital competitions” and operation will increase competences in part of profession “Mechanic in air-conditioning and fridge technique”. The main project of project is in full compliance with the objectives of the Grant scheme and is related to employment of 4 persons for period of 12 months. The specific objectives of project are : Increasing the number of employers in Tsvetnitsa 200 Ltd. Increasing of professional qualification of unemployed 4 persons Installing of new equipment for four working places Employment for period of 12 months after implementation of project activities for 2 persons. The three employers will increase the qualification in “Digital computer competency” and one in part of profession “Mechanic in air-conditioning and fridge technique”. After the education the qualification of employers will be increased and this will be a big advantage for successful professional realization.
