Establishment of new jobs for young people in the legal field and ensuring continuity between higher education and practice

The aim of the project proposal is to provide 5 new jobs in the Republic of Bulgaria, as the project proposal consists of 2 main components: 1. Hiring the people that we have chosen on a labor contract for a period of 12 months; The following project proposal aims to overcome the barrier between the higher education and the practical realization of knowledge, which hinders the development of young graduates and prevents them from becoming actively practicing specialists. According to statistics, the vast majority of Law graduates have no confidence in the applicability of the achieved knowledge and that makes it very difficult for them to find work in their specialty. In order to achieve this objective, the project proposal provides the recruitment of young people (under 29 years of age) in the first years after finishing their higher education. This includes hiring of employees in two hierarchical levels with opportunities for career development within the project - legal associate position and jurisconsult position. Within the range of the two hierarchical levels of the proposed practice, persons should learn to apply the acquired knowledge from the university in the practice of the law firm. In the first hierarchical level - work as a legal associate, young people will be introduced to the documentation in a law firm, the organizations of lawyers activities and different contacts with the institutions in the context of the legal practice. In the second hierarchical level - working as a jurisconsult, young people will form the ability of independent thinking, decision making (initially under supervision and lately when they have proven their abilities - completely alone), as well as communication with clients of the Law Firm.
