Employment of unemployed and inactive persons in the "Melita Auto" Ltd.

The project proposal Employment of unemployed and inactive persons in the "Melita Auto" Ltd.” aimed at increasing the opportunities and sustainable integration in the labor market of 6 unemployed and inactive persons, by providing employment and appropriate key competence training. Thus, it will contribute to the achievement of the strategic goals of the "Human Resource Development" Operational Progremme while implementing "Europe 2020" strategy in the field of employment, combating poverty and social exclusion. The project proposal envisages the following activities that will enable the integration of the target group members into the labor market and improve the quality of their life: - Hiring of unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months; - Provision key competence 4 "Digital competence" training for those employees hired under the project; - Purchase of equipment, furniture, fixed intangible assets and inventory related to the creation of new occupations; - Organisation and management of the project; - Dissemination and publicity to promote the project, the "Human Resource Development" Operational Progremme and the support from the ESF. The activities planned in the project proposal cover a target group of 6 unemployed and inactive persons. After completing a selection procedure, the representatives of the target group that meet the requirements of the scheme under the "Human Resource Development" Operational Progremme and those of the employer needed to occupy the new jobs, will be provided with employment for a period of 12 months in "Melita Auto Ltd." on the following positions "Cashier, host” – 1 person, “Clerk” – 1 person, “Automechanic” – 3 persons and “Supplier, provider” – 1 person. After hiring, for 3 persons will be provided key competence 4 “Digital competence” training. In addition, appropriate equipment for the new jobs will be purchased.
