The project's overall objective is to create sustainable jobs for unemployed and/or inactive people through a combination of measures to ensure appropriate training at the workplace and create a suitable working environment, through delivery of equipment for the new jobs created. Within the project proposal will be implemented the following activities: Selection and recruitment of unemployed and / or inactive persons for a period of 12 months. Provision of vocational training for already employed persons under the project Purchase of equipment related to the creation of new jobs Activities for information and publicity Activities for the organization and management of the project The target groups for this project are unemployed and/or inactive persons on the territory of the South-East Region, Burgas region. The project focuse priority attention to 50% of the target group composed of specific category - Unemployed youth under 29 and unemployed with low level of education (below ISCED 3). Within the project will be selected 5 persons in the following categories: Unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. - 3 persons Unemployed and inactive persons - 3 persons Selected representatives of the target group will be appointed for a 12 month period, under labor contract, on the positions: "General laborer" code 96220001 – 3 persons "Fitter, lifting equipment" code 72152011 - 3 persons "Office secretary“ code 41202006 - 1 person "Cleaner/hygienists" code 91120004 - 1 person "Technic, elevator machinery" code 31133002 - 2 persons After completion of the project activities the “Elevator service Pomorie” Ltd, undertakes to keep the job positions at least 50% (5 persons) of employees, for at least 12 months.
