New jobs for the unemployed and inactive in "DLM Consulting" AD

The project proposal "New jobs for the unemployed and inactive in “DLM Consulting” AD” is aimed at increasing the opportunities and sustainable integration in the labor market of 27 unemployed and inactive persons, by providing employment which will contribute to the achievement of the strategic goals of the "HRD" OP while implementing "Europe 2020" strategy in the field of employment, combating poverty and social exclusion. The project proposal envisages the following activities that will enable the integration of the target group members into the labor market and improve the quality of their life: - Hiring of unemployed and inactive persons for a period of 12 months; - Purchase of equipment, furniture, fixed intangible assets and inventory related to the creation of new occupations; - Organisation and management of the project; - Dissemination and publicity to promote the project, the "HRD" OP and the support from the ESF. The activities planned in the project proposal cover a target group of 27 unemployed and inactive persons. After completing a selection procedure, the representatives of the target group that meet the requirements of the scheme under the "HRD" OP and those of the employer needed to occupy the new jobs, will be provided with employment for a period of 12 months in “DLM Consulting” AD” on the following positions "Housekeeper" – 2 persons, "Cook" – 2 persons, "Cleaner, dishes" – 2 persons, “Worker, maintenance of buildings " – 1 person, "Assistant chef" – 2 persons, "Waiter" – 3 persons, "Bartender " – 2 persons, "Baker" – 2 persons, "Piccolo" – 2 persons, “Hotel administrator" – 2 persons, "Specialist, technical support " – 1 person, "Driver" – 1 person, "Accountant" – 5 persons. In addition, appropriate equipment for the new jobs will be purchased.
