New workplace in UBR EOOD

The company has existed since 2009. Its main activities are consulting in the field of construction and real estate, and facility management. In 2012 and 2013. "UBR" EOOD assisted in finding tenants and carrying out finishing works on the building project for Strand shopping center - in Burgas, which has spread over 60,000m2 of retail space. After the completion of this major project in 2013 "UBR" EOOD took over the functions of the facility management of the building of Strand Burgas and other companies in the country. The increased demand for this type of services during the last years had led to the decision to increase the volume and quality of the company services. This would be successful mainly through subsidized employment under Human Resource Development Operational Programme and lead to the creation of 56 new workplaces. The project proposal covers two target groups - young people up to 29 years. incl., and other unemployed and inactive persons. The main objective of the project is to provide employment opportunities and raise wages through active involvement in the labor market, and the sub-objectives are the creation of new jobs for persons of the above target groups. The realizations of the objectives will lead to achievement of the objectives and priorities under Priority Axis 1 of the Human Resource Development Operational Programme: Improving access to employment and job quality. The main activity in the project is the employment of unemployed and / or inactive people for a period of 12 months and the expected results of its implementation is the creation of sustainable jobs, employment and income, providing opportunities for professional development. The overall implementation of this project will contribute to the improvement of the adaptability of the unemployed and increase the competitiveness on the labor market in Bulgaria.
