The social policy of Values Foundation is boned by the understanding that the main and most valuable resource of each organization are their employees. That is why, through this project proposal, Values Foundation is planning to offer12 employment contracts, in order to improve its possibilities of working on socially sensitive problems. It is planned minimum 100 % of the employees to be part of the target groups eligible in the present procedure. The aim is to keep at least 6 employees for the next 12 after the end of the project activities. This will happen by offering a suitable working environment, investing in equipment needed for the successful performance of professional duties and involving the people in training. In the project proposal are represented all three horizontal principals.
