Education programs and job seats chance for sustainable growth.

Boomerang-VT "Ltd. is a Bulgarian company which manages the hotel" Ivana Palace"at Sunny Beach resort. According to the company policy, sustainable development could be achieved by sustainable employment, creating sustainable jobs opportunities, ongoing training and qualification of its employees. The proposed project "Professional training and creating jobs opportunities- a chance for sustainable growth" apply for funding under the procedure BG05M9OP001-1.003 "NEW WORKPLACE 2015" and aims to promote the integration on the labor market of some of the most vulnerable groups and economically inactive unemployed. The project plans a number of measures to ensure appropriate training, including in the workplace, as well as purchase of equipment for new jobs as a stimulus for sustainable employment. The activities envisaged in the project will contribute to the improvement of the enterprise in terms of its human resources by creating new jobs, hiring new employees, vocational training and subsidized and subsequent unsubsidized employment. In the frames of the project, 15 representatives of all specific categories of the target group will be hired and trained in professional training with aquizition of first degree diploma for "Landscaper" profession, 15 new jobs and workplaces will be created and equipped with the necessary tools to perform daily tasks of the worker. These investments will contribute to achieving sustainable employment for the company in the long run.
