Creating sustainable employment at "Asia Business Centre" Ltd

The project proposal of “Asia Business Centre” aims at creation of conditions for long-term employment by new employment openings for unemployed and inactive persons and their long-term integration into the labour market. The company identifies as target groups long-term unemployed and inactive persons, unemployed persons over 54 years and unemployed young people up to the age of 29. The successful project implementation will satisfy the necessities of the target groups defined as: - providing opportunities for sustainable employment for unemployed persons and vulnerable groups into the labour market; - creating conditions for prolonging the working life of older-aged persons by providing condition for active work life; - promoting active measures aimed at reduction of the unemployment rate among young people up to 29 years by long-term integration into the labour market; - better qualification of the employed persons in the different fields of work, in accordance with the labour market demands; - increased the overall competitiveness of the target groups. Planned project activities: • Project management; • Long-term job creation at “Asia Business Centre”; • Purchase, delivery and installation of technological equipment, related to the new employment openings; • Project information and publicity measures; The successful implementation of the project activities will bring the following results: - Delivery of equipment for calibration and drying of nuts - 2 items; - Provided conditions for new jobs creation at "Asia Business Centre"; - Creating 6 long-term work positions at “Asia Business Centre”; - Providing employment for 6 unemployed and inactive persons (per 2 from each specific target groups) in Tervel Municipality; - Improved qualification and increased overall competitiveness of the employed persons.
