Sustainable development of Kava office and Business solutions Ltd. throgh creation of sustainable employment

This project proposal aims to provide sustainable jobs in the company “Kava Office and Business Solutions” with an emphasis on hiring long-term unemployed professionals. The company operates in the field of business consulting, has specialized in maritime business and working for both – Bulgarian and foreign clients. By creating new jobs will be provide sustainable employment for unemployed people, some of them long-term unemployed, outside the labor market after the restructuring of large companies in the maritime industry in Varna. Besides specialists from this target group, will be sought and unemployed people who will receive training on key competencies and opportunity for development and job training. The project goals are directly related to Priority Axis 1: “Improving the access to employment and job quality" OP "Human Resources" and especially the Investment Priority 1 “Access to employment for job seekers and inactive people, including long-term unemployed and people furthest from the labor market, and also through local employment initiatives and support for labor mobility”. With this project will be created four jobs and employed four persons, two of them long-term unemployed, on these positions: "Business Consultant", “Expert Business Development”, “Accountant” and “Jurisconsult”. For assurance of the quality of the jobs will be equipped with the necessary equipment and software and will be provided training on key competence under the European Qualifications Framework "Communication in foreign languages" and "Digital competence". The necessary publicity of the project will be provided, and also organization of the project management.
