Improving of the access to employment and creating of the sustainable jobs in "AmRest" Ltd.

AmRest "Ltd. is the part of the largest independent operator of fast food restaurants in Eastern Europe, AmRest Holdings" and has been on the Bulgarian market since 2007. In Bulgaria, the company has developed through the well-known franchise brands Burger King and KFC. The company owns six restaurants in Bulgaria – five in Sofia and one in the Varna, five KFC restaurant and a Burger King restaurant. Employees in the "AmRest Ltd. are 143-65 men and 78 women. 105 of them are people under the age of 25 years. Everything in "AmRest Ltd is based on the philosophy that the restaurant is a business for each employee. Corporate culture based on this principle, allows managers to be confident in their duties, decision-making and implementation of ideas into reality. In connection with the constantly growing activity of the company, the company planned to hire in the project for a period of up to 12 months 29 people on duty "Cashier" from the categories: unemployed young people up to 29 years. The main objective of the project is aimed at improving access to employment for unemployed young people to 29 years of age. incl., inactivated young people with a low degree of education. After the completion of the project activities "AmRest Ltd. will provide employment for a minimum of 12 months for 15people from the project’s target group.In the project are pledged and activities for the Organization and management of the project and information and publicity. The realization of the objectives of the project activities will assist the employability of the unemployed and inactive young people up to 29years. The youths will have the chance to gain work experience which will affect their future occupational and social mobility to overcome the low income and social exclusion.
