New beginning with ET KEMAL BOZOV

ET "KEMAL BOZOV" is a company with extensive experience in the field of logging, woodworking and the timber trade. The company carries out its activities mainly in two places: the town of Sarnitsa Sarnitsa municipality, district of Pazardzhik and Lozarevo village, Municipality Sungurlare, district of Burgas. In these locations the company has its buildings, industrial premises, warehouses and others, as well as its own warehouse for finished production and sale of 2000 square meters area in the town of Varna. The company has vans and trucks, forklifts, cars, gang saws, circular saws and other tools for logging and wood processing. As of present moment company employs 52 persons. The project activities provide employment to 30 unemployed and inactive persons, including aged up to 29 and over 54 years as a target group for the project. Also for the successful inclusion in the employment of persons, will be provided equipment and personal protection means necessary for fulfilling the duties of workers and training for acquiring knowledge on part of profession "Worker in forestry" specialty "Lumbering" code 6230602. Expected project results are: integrating within 12 months on 30 unemployed and inactive persons in employment within the organization, purchase of equipment and PPE necessary to perform direct obligations of individuals and training related to the specific position. Commitment of the management of ET "KEMAL BOZOV" is to preserve the jobs of minimum 50% of the target group of the project within one year after completion of the project. Specific project activities are: Organization and project management, employment of unemployed and inactive persons, carrying out trainings, purchase of equipment, information and publicity, as the company has experience by successfully completed previous projects and experience in implementing activities similar to those included in the project proposal.
