New workplace in "Rodopski Kilim" JSC

The overall objective of this project is to create new jobs to meet the need for additional staff in the " Rodopski Kilim " JSC due to the increased volume of orders by adapting the workforce to the needs of the company. Specific objectives: 1. Identification and inclusion in the project of 15 unemployed and / or inactive in the labor market; 2. To be opened and equipped 15 new jobs; 3. Appointment of the employment contract of 15 unemployed and / or inactive persons meeting the requirements of the target group; 4. Professional qualifications of the newly appointed 12 persons; 5. Save 8 jobs after the period of subsidized employment through the selection of participants in the project; The planned objectives will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Hire on a full contract of employment of 15 unemployed and / or inactive. 2. Purchase of production equipment. 3. Professional training of 12 new recruits. 4. Organization and project management. 5. Publicity and visualization of the project. Expected results: 1. Appointed 15 unemployed and / or inactive positions: "Tailor - clothing" - 13 people, "Cutter - tailor" - 2 people . 2. Successfully completed vocational training 12 new recruits by: a. Profession "Tailor" code 542110, in "Tailoring" code - 5421101-12 man; 3. Purchased production equipment for the needs of 15 new jobs; 4. Save the employment of 8 persons from the target group for a period of 12 months after the subsidized employment; 5. Realized publicity and visualization of the project as required by the Contracting Authority; This project proposal meets the general and specific eligibility criteria for applicants, as well as general conditions of eligibility envisaged activities as envisaged by the Contracting Authority in point. 3 of the Guidelines for Applicants procedure.
