New jobs for unemployed or inactive persons in "BIC-Bulgarian publishing company» AD

The project provides the creation of new jobs for 7 unemployed and inactive people, including 5 continuously unemployed and inactive people and 2 unemployed and inactive people,who will have the opportunity for professional development,building professional competencies by providing employment. The implementation will create conditions for professional development of unemployed and inactive people in activities of BIC AD on marketing,publishing and PR,design and advertising,organizing events,conferences,seminars and training,participation in project implementation to PP co-financed by the EU,design and prepress,printing and distribution of printed publications,development,maintenance and publication of updated information on the website of the company.To meet the objectives of the project will be provided employment of unemployed and inactive persons with a corresponding degree of specialization and provided new jobs for 7 persons-Tourism and Logistics of events-1,Merchant- 2,technical assistant-3,Design and Prepress-1.It is planned that after the expiry of the project,at least 4 of them will continue to work in the company.Achieving the aims and the indicators will contribute to the successful integration into society of persons in risk groups into the labor market by providing employment and sustainable jobs, improve the quality of life of employees and the income and standard of their families.To achieve the common aim of "Creating sustainable jobs for the unemployed and inactive persons" and to achieve the expected results will be implemented the following activities:Organization,management,execution and reporting of the project;Define the criteria for selection,recruitment of unemployed and inactive people;Arranging jobs for newly-furniture,equipment,software,etc.;Implementation of measures for publicity and visualization,information and communication of project and program.
