Creating new jobs in "Euro Consulting Group" Ltd.

The project aims to improve the employment prospects for unemployed and inactive young people by creating sustainable jobs in the field of consulting. The target group of this project are unemployed persons registered in the Labor Office and inactive persons motivated to develop professionally in the field of consultancy OP "Competitiveness and Innovation" meeting the requirements of the employer for the position. During the project will be employed six unemployed and inactive persons. All six persons involved in the project will be of specific categories of "unemployed young people to 29 years." The implementation of the project goal will be accomplished through a combination of the following activities: Activity 1. Organization and Management; Activity 2. Hiring of unemployed and inactive persons in "Euro Consulting Group" Ltd; Activity 3. Purchase of equipment, furniture and fixtures and fittings related to the creation of new jobs; Activity 4. Promoting the project. Expected project results are: - Conducted 16 workshops; - Opened six new jobs in the "Euro Consulting Group" Ltd. (3 jobs position "Project Manager", 2 jobs for the position "Financial Analyst" and one workplace for office "Driver"); - Signed contracts for 12 months with 6 representatives of the target group; - Create sustainable jobs, three of which will be preserved 12 months after the end of the project; - Purchased and delivered equipment: Office desks-5pcs., Office Chairs-5pcs., Office sections-2pcs., PCs- 5pcs., Software for project management-1pcs. and Multi-color printing system-1pcs .; - Publicity provided by the distribution of the three publications on the website of "Euro Consulting Group" Ltd; - Constructed and placed an information board outside the office - 1pcs. - Set 19pcs. stickers.
