OPENING OF NEW JOBS AND PROVISION OF PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT AT SECURITY GROUP 555 EOOD

The main objective of the project is to provide conditions for creation of stable employment for jobless and inactive people at Security Group 555 EOOD through opening of new jobs for the position of a Guard, Code as per the National Classification of Positions and Professions 54141007, provision of permanent employment and improvement of the quality of work places through purchasing equipment for the newly opened jobs. The Project of “Opening of new jobs and provision of permanent employment at Security Group 555 EOOD” includes activities related to the achievement of certain objectives, as follows: opening of new jobs at Security Group 555 EOOD for the position of a Guard and appointment of 13 unemployed and inactive persons for a period of up to 12 months, improvement of the quality of newly opened work places by purchasing of 2 company vehicles and other tangible assets. The project includes activities for the provision of information and publicity, such as press releases, advertising materials, Internet site of the project, etc. The outcome of this Project will be an increase of the number of employed jobless and inactive people of an age from 30 to 54 and improvement of the quality and stability of the newly opened jobs at Security Group 555 EOOD. The project will focus on the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups at the labour market by providing of opportunities for permanent employment and improving the quality at the newly opened work places.
