Ensuring employment of eight unemployed and/or inactive individuals

The scope of activity of "Mineralna voda" Ltd. is the subscription supply of mineral and table water in 19 liter bottles to households and offices on the territory of Sofia. The active marketing policy of the organization lead to doubling of the sales of bottles sold only in two years, between 2012 and 2014. The ambition of the management is to further increase the customer base and the volume sales. As a result of the growth of the business, the company needs additional employees. Taking advantage of the current procedure, the company will employ 8 new people. Two of them will be sales representatives, four drivers, one warehouseman and one accountant. Because the requirements for education, qualifications and professional experience of persons who will occupy some of the positions are not high, more than half of the persons that will be included in project will be members of any of the specific categories: unemployed individuals with low education degree; long-term unemployed or inactive individuals; unemployed or inactive disabled individuals; unemployed above 54 years of age; unemployed youth up to 29 years of age. To ensure positions of "driver" and "warehouseman" with the necessary equipment within the project will be bought delivery VAN and hydraulic forklift. As a result of the project execution: - Eight unemployed and/or inactive persons will be employed for 12 months. For half of them will be provided employment for at least another 12 months; - At least five of the project participants will be representative of the specific categories.
