New employment opportunity in SRACHKO SERVICE EOOD

The overall objective of the project is to stimulate integration and easier adaptation to the labor market of 8 unemployed or inactive persons, 4 of whom will be one of the most vulnerable groups of unemployed - young people up to 29 years of age. And providing for subsequent sustainable employment in the enterprise at least 50%. The specific objectives of the project proposal are: To create suitable working conditions and prerequisites for easy work adaptation, trough purchase of equipment for 8 work places; To reduce social exclusion and to provide opportunity for professional and personal development in a modern fast-growing company for seven representatives of the target group. Project activities are formed in 2 stages: 1 stage:Preparatory actions: -Forming Project team and activities related to organization and management; - Selection procedures for supplies and delivery of the necessary equipment for new work places -Selection Of insurance provider and occupational health services; -Selecting The participants in the project from the target groups; 2 stage: Implementation of subsidized employment for 8 representatives of the target group for 12 months. - Ensuring employment for seven people for 12 months; Promotion of project activities and visualization actions will be implemented throughout the project duration. The result will be equipped workplaces for 8 representatives of the target group will be included in subsidized employment and at least 50% will be possible to sustainable employment after completion of the project.
