New jobs in “Em Komplekt Service”

With its project New jobs in “Em Komplekt Service” the company aims to open up new jobs for 35 representatives of the target group of the project. The jobs and the people who will occupy them must meet the needs of the employer and the market them and the people to be recruited have to be unemployed or inactive people outside education and training, some of which are up to 29 years to meet the minimum requirements for appointment to the corresponding positions. This basic objective of the project will be achieved by implementing the following activities: • Activities for organization and management; • Activities for visualization and publicity of the project - fully compliant with the rules of OP HRD; • Activities for purchasing equipment, work clothing and personal protective equipment to ensure the normal workflow of the new jobs and the smooth implementation of the labor obligations; • Activity for recruitment of unemployed and inactive persons with the necessary minimum qualifications; The direct results of the successful projects will be: • Established 35 sustainable jobs, of which at least 18 will be kept for at least 12 months after completion of the project; • Integration of 35 representatives of the target group back into the labor market, 18 of which are expected to be young people up to 29 years old; • Increased working capacity of the Applicant and sustainability of jobs in connection with the growth of customers; The described results will directly contribute to reducing unemployment by creating new jobs, according to the needs of the employer and the requirements of the local labor market, but they will also contribute to the implementation of the European Employment Strategy, integrating the unemployed and inactive persons back into the labor market.
