Increasing the personnel of the restaurants of Prays Group in Sofia and Varna

The project proposal is aimed at achieving the following specific objectives: - Specific objectives 1 and 2 under Investment priority 1 of OPHRD, namely increasing the number of unemployed or inactive persons at age between 30 and 54 who have begun work and increasing the number of unemployed or inactive persons with low education at age between 30 and 54 who have begun work. - Specific objective 1 under Investment priority 3 of OPHRD, namely increasing the number of economically inactive young people up to the age of 29 out of education and training, who have received an offer for employment, internship or training during work (apprenticeship); The above objectives will be fulfilled through the implementation of the following activities: - The employment for a period of 12 months of 12 inactive or unemployed persons to the following positions: salon manager (1 person), chef (2 persons), deputy chef (3 persons), salad master (1 person), cashier (1 person) and service worker (4 persons). To the four positions for service workers will be appointed unemployed persons with low education at age between 30 and 54 while to two of the positions for deputy chefs will be appointed unemployed or inactive young people up to the age of 29. To the remaining six positions will be appointed unemployed or inactive persons of age between 30 and 54. - Purchase of equipment and uniforms necessary for the fulfillment of the professional obligations of the persons hired under the project; - Project management activities related to the selection, appointment and management of the persons hired under the project, to the selection of suppliers for the equipment and services for the project and to the reporting of the project activities in front of OPHRD; - Providing public Information and visualization of the project activities, including placing informational labels at the locations where the project is implemented and stickers on the equipment purchased as part of the project.
