Improving access to employment and job quality at Idein Ltd.

The project aims at promoting access to employment for job seekers and inactive people, including long-¬term unemployed and also at maintaining their employment and labour income. The target group includes: 3 unemployed young people aged up to 29 years, secondary or higher education graduated and 1 unemployed persons over the age of 54. The overall project objective is to create sustainable jobs in Idein Ltd. through employing new employees for a period of 12 months and retention of 50% of them after the project finishes. Project objectives will be achieved through the following activities: Activity 1 ¬ Project Management; Activity 2 ¬ Recruitment of unemployed and/or inactive persons for a period of 12 months; Activity 3 ¬ Training of persons employed under the project on key competencies according to the European Qualifications Framework by: Key competence 2 "Communication in foreign languages"; Action 4 ¬ Purchase of equipment and furniture, assets and inventory, associated with the creation of new jobs; Activity 5 ¬ Publicity and visualization. Expected results: provided employment to 4 persons from the relevant target group for a period of 12 months; Reserved new jobs for 12 months of 50% of employees under the project - 02 pcs.; Conducted training in key competence 2 "Correspondence language" of newly hired persons; Equipped new workplaces with the newly purchased fixed and intangible assets, and furniture; Provide information and publicity of the project. The project has a total duration of 15 months and a total value of 61,455.48 BGN.
