This project proposal is aimed at creating sustainable jobs for unemployed or inactive persons. This shall be achieved through a combination of activities to identify the persons, providing the appropriate training for improvement of their qualification, as well as providing employment for the trainees. Soft Systems EOOD will conduct training activities and inclusion in subsidized employment of 26 unemployed or inactive young people in the age range 29 years of age. The project proposal will contribute to increasing the economic activity and employment potential of the population, the achievement of rapid and sustainable economic growth and the development of knowledge-based economy. The development of human capital is a key factor for enhancing the competitiveness of the company and is a prerequisite for successful development of the knowledge-based economy. The envisaged training and employment activities for unemployed young people are aimed at improving the quality of the workforce in Bulgaria and providing conditions for sustainable employment. In addition, the project activities connected with the training have been developed to implement the principle of lifelong learning which will in the long run lead to higher incomes, economic growth and social cohesion.
