"Chance for employment in "Via Tennis Star" Ltd."

"Via Tennis Star" Ltd is a new company wishing to develop their business with the opening of a tennis club and an adjacent cafe-restaurant. We want to ensure conditions of everyone to practice sport and lead an active lifestyle by offering attractive courts with high quality, qualified coaches and a masseur and a cafe-restaurant with friendly service where one can relax after a workout. Along with this, our ambition is to give a chance to 15 unemployed and /or inactive young people to obtain steady jobs and to be trained for them. The implementation of this project will support our business, while 15 people will get a chance to adapt to the labor market and gain knowledge of a profession that they will be able to exercise and in which to develop for the rest of their lives. the grant received under the project will ensure 15 sustainable jobs while investing in the knowledge and skills of the new employees by providing vocational training for obtaining first, second and a part of third degree professional qualification, necessary for adapting to the conditions of the new jobs; also, the specific equipment, necessary for the adequate employment of the hired young people, will be provided. The realization of the current project proposal will reduce youth unemployment, ensure access to quality vocational training and promotion of social inclusion.
