Creating sustainable employment opportunities for young persons in new division for language translation into Turkish and Greek at Oltrans Ltd.

Oltrans offers language translation services . The main project objective is creating new devision for language translation into Turkish and Greek under the translation activity of Oltrans and gathering a team of young specialists through additional increasing of their knowledge and skills. The geographic location near Turkey and Greece and the presence of many companies with Turkish and Greek management are the factors which requires this project. Project target group: 7 inactive persons under 29 year incl., not in training or education, according to the indicators of OP HRD. Needs of the target group: acquiring of competences and work experience in innovate company which obeys Bulgarian and EU legislation and applies the horizontal principals of OP HRD; also formation of work habits. Main activities for the execution of the project: 1. Acquiring of equipment, furnishing and LNA required for creation of the new positions 2. Hiring of unemployed or inactive persons for period of 12 months 3. Key competences education of the newly hired persons 4. Project information and publicity 5. Organizing and managing the project Expected results: 1. Activating young persons and increasing their employment through creation of 7 new positions and hiring of 7 unemployed or inactive persons under 29 years incl., out of the training and education 2. After exiting the operation 7 inactive before this persons under 29 years incl. will be employed 3. Education of 6 persons under 29 years incl. of key competence 2: Communication in foreign language 4. Education of 7 persons under 29 years incl. of key competence 4: Digital competence In this project all three horizontal principles of OP HRD are covered: equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development.
