Providing employment through creation of new jobs in TRISTA BG Ltd

TRISTA BG Ltd. applies in this procedure as an employer intending to provide 24 new workplaces in the trade sphere. The project proposal envisages to cover 24 people, representatives of the target group - unemployed and/or inactive people, more than 50% of them aged 29. All 24 newly employed in relation to the project people will undergo training in the profession «Seller-consultant», specialty «Seller-consultant» as well as training in KK 4 - Digital Competence in view of the specific requirements of the position to which they are appointed. TRISTA BG Ltd intend to buy working clothing and equipment and furniture for the shops, where the newly employees will operate , without which they could not perform their duties. In the framework of the implementation of the project activities of information and publicity and organization and project management will be provided. The candidate will provide employment for the persons for a period of 12 months, after completion of the project will maintain minimum 50% of new workplaces for minimum 12 months. Planned activities will lead to the achievement of the objectives of the project proposal related to supporting the process of integration into the labor market for unemployed and/or inactive persons, by creating new jobs and providing appropriate training. In particular, will increase the number of young people aged 29 - representatives of one of the vulnerable groups in the labor market, involved in employment. This will improve their employability, adaptability and competitive presence in the labor market.
