New workplaces at Inter Consult Group Ltd.

Inter Consult Group Ltd. is a consulting company with main competencies in the development of project proposals and project management at European, national and regional donor programs. The project proposal envisages hiring of six individuals from the target group, who will undergo a series of trainings: vocational by profession «Economist», specialty «Trade» in KK 2 - language training in English and KK 4 - Digital competence, in view of the constantly increasing demands of the labor market. The company has sufficient capacity to pursue its core business , but feels a strong need for establishing a unit "Sales" , which provides employment consulting unit . Within the project implementation activities for the purchase of equipment related to the creation of new workplaces, organization and management of the project activities and information and publicity activities are envisaged. The candidate will provide employment for persons for a period of 12 months, and after completion of the project he will maintain min. 50% of new workplaces for min. 12 months. The planned activities will lead to the achievement of the objectives of the project proposal related to the employment of unemployed by creating new workplaces and providing suitable training. The implementation of the project will support the process of integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. This will improve their employability, adaptability and competitive presence in the labor market.
